Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but please note that due to the nature of custom merchandise, not all items are eligible for return or refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned more than 7 days after receipt

  • Items that were printed exactly as approved but are no longer wanted

  • Items delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Cancellations

  • You may be able to cancel your order before it enters production for a full refund.

  • To cancel, email us at accounting@ygcpodcast.com as soon as possible.​

Damaged, Misprinted, or Lost Items

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • For lost packages, claims must be made no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Email accounting@ygcpodcast.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Return Process

  • If approved, returns must be sent to our printer in unused, unworn condition and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • No freight-to-collect shipments will be accepted.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
